Wanna work out?

I’ve been working with trainers and around the edges of fitness for about 30 years now, after the influence of two terrific college roommates who taught me that exercise could be fun and then finding dragon boat racing after my inflammatory breast cancer diagnosis in 2005. Now firmly in my 50s, I feel great and want to help others feel great too. That has led me to launch MoranWorks OUT!, my fitness side hustle.

Fitness and well-being in the face of so much toxic positivity has shaped my approach to this endeavor. I’m interested in “lowest effective dose” exercise and getting to my goals without making fitness a part-time job (oops, I guess I just did that, sort of…). But what I mean is that I don’t want to spend 2 hours in the gym with a time-intensive workout; I want to do what I need to do in order to achieve the results I want in the most efficient manner possible. And you probably don’t have hours to spend in a gym either. How can I help you get to what you want in the time you have available? Let’s talk.
